Every product in our Tresses collection is handpicked to work with your natural hair — not against it. From scalp nourishing oils to growth-supporting treatments, each formula is crafted to strengthen, hydrate, and protect your crown between appointments. Because great hair starts with what you put into it.
Booking Deposits
Nonrefundable deposit required at booking, applied toward appointment cost.
Most hair services: $30 deposit.
Micro locs, Instant locs, Loc Extensions: 20% of total.
Loc Extensions Hair: $150 deposit.
Massages & foot detox: 50% of total.
No deposit required for consultations or appointments under $30.

Late Policy
5+ minutes late → call the salon.
10+ minutes late → $15 late fee added.
15+ minutes late → stylist can cancel at their discretion.
Cancellations
Can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before appointment.
1 free reschedule allowed without losing deposit.
Deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled outright.
