Whether you're maintaining your locs, starting your microloc journey, restoring your scalp, or indulging in a luxury Japanese Head Spa ritual — our skilled stylists deliver intentional, personalized care in a space built for you to slow down and be seen. Every product in our Tresses collection is handpicked to work with your natural hair — not against it. From scalp nourishing oils to growth-supporting treatments, each formula is crafted to strengthen, hydrate, and protect your crown between appointments. Because great hair starts with what you put into it.
Booking Deposits
- Nonrefundable deposit required at booking, applied toward appointment cost.
- Most hair services: $30 deposit.
- Micro locs, Instant locs, Loc Extensions: 20% of total.
- Loc Extensions Hair: $150 deposit.
- Massages & foot detox: 50% of total.
No deposit required for consultations or appointments under $30.
Payment
- Deposit paid via CashApp: $divinelocs1111.
- Must include name + appointment date in payment notes.
- Other payment methods or questions → call/text 803-262-2661.
- Appointment isn't confirmed in the system until deposit is received.
Late Policy
- 5+ minutes late → call the salon.
- 10+ minutes late → $15 late fee added.
- 15+ minutes late → stylist can cancel at their discretion.
Cancellations
- Can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before appointment.
- 1 free reschedule allowed without losing deposit.
- Deposits are nonrefundable if cancelled outright.
