Tasha co-founded The Don Collective because too many brands ask you to change your whole routine just to feel like they care about you. Her focus: honest products that actually do the job, no extra steps required.
Cierra co-founded The Don Collective around one standard — every product has to earn its place. Her focus: healthy hair, skin, and self-care built on real routines, not trends.
Together, they built three businesses — One Love Apothecary, Divine Locs & Tresses, and Nefertiti Beauty — around the same idea: it should work for how you actually live.

The Don Collective exists to make wellness, hair care, and beauty work for how people actually live — not the other way around. Through One Love Apothecary, Divine Locs & Tresses, and Nefertiti Beauty, we build products that fit into real routines instead of asking customers to rebuild their lives around a regimen. Every item we carry has to earn its place: if it doesn't make your day easier, your hair stronger, or your skin better, it doesn't make the shelf. Founded in Rock Hill in 2025, we started this collective because too much of the wellness and beauty industry treats real, specific experiences — protective styles, wash day fatigue, salon costs — as an afterthought instead of the starting point. Our mission is simple: fewer steps, honest products, and results people can actually feel.
