Shipping Policy

Our Sea Moss Gel is made fresh to order and ships within 2–4 business days. We currently ship every Monday and Tuesday to ensure your products arrive cool, safe, and full of life.
We primarily use UPS for all shipments, with typical delivery times between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

During warmer months, we may include cold packs or use expedited shipping to preserve freshness. Your wellness rituals deserve care from start to finish. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

Non-Perishable Products (Herbal Goods)
Our herbal blends, teas, and apothecary items are shipped with care through UPS and typically processed within 48 hours. These non-perishable products don’t require special handling but still arrive with intention — safely packaged, sealed, and ready to be part of your daily rituals.

Non-Perishable Products (Herbs & Dried Goods)
Our herbs and apothecary items are packaged securely to prevent damage and preserve their potency. Every order is wrapped using eco-conscious materials designed to protect your plants and the planet.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. there’s ever a delivery delay or issue, please reach out to us right away at 1lovebotanicals@thedonsc.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve things as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because our Sea Moss Gels and Juices are fresh, perishable products, we can’t accept returns once they leave our facility.
However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at 1lovebotanicals@thedonsc.com. We’re happy to review and make it right wherever possible.
