Is A Deposit Required To Book?
Yes — a non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments, which will be applied toward your total service cost.
How Much Is The Deposit?
All hair services require a $30 deposit, Micro Locs, Instant Locs, and Loc Extensions require 20% of the total, Loc Extensions Hair requires a $150 deposit, and all Massages and Foot Detox require 50% of the total.
What Is Your Late Policy?
Please call the salon if you are running more than 5 minutes late — a $15 late fee will be added at 10 minutes, and your appointment may be cancelled at the stylist's discretion after 15 minutes.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time, and you are allowed one reschedule without losing your deposit — all deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
