Booking Deposits: A NONREFUNDABLE booking deposit is required at time of booking for each appointment which will go towards the appointment cost.

• All hair services require a $30 Deposit excluding services listed below.
• Micro locs, Instant locs, Loc Extensions requires 20% deposit of total.
• Loc Extensions Hair $150 deposit
• All Massages and foot detox 50% deposit of total

Appointments will not be accepted into the system until deposit is received!

Late Fees: If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please call the salon. If you are more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee added to your service cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled up your stylist discretion.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. You are allowed 1 reschedule without losing your deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable in the case of cancellation.
